The Board Meeting was held on Monday, November 22, 2004.
The prize list and final preparations for the Christmas party were
reviewed.
Dates were selected for quarry use for 2005.
New members Larry and Roz Servinsky were approved.
Meeting was adjourned.

Treasurer’s Report:
Ron Peterson, Treasurer, reports the following amounts for November:
income of $809.00, expenses of $818.52 and an available checkbook balance
of $1,566.79.
BUSINESS
Welcome to new members Larry and Roz Servinsky!
The following four members have been elected to serve on the Board for
the coming year:
Denny Beecher, Greg Lilly, Bert Sharbaugh, and Barb Wyland.
UPCOMING EVENTS/TRIPS
New Year’s Day Dive - 1:00 p.m. at the quarry.
Ice diving releases must be signed.
December 26-January 10, 2005 - Australia with Sue Morra and Saint Francis
University. Approximately $5000.00. Contact Sue for more information

Dominica with Jonathan Bird - January 15-22, 2005. If anyone is interested, please contact Donna Bender at 695-0540. The cost of the trip is $1,045 plus airfare of $750. The cost of the trip includes unlimited shore diving, boat diving, accommodations and 2 meals per day.
“Make a Slate” night has been moved from January to the February meeting.
Morehead City trip with Jim Smith and Diver Down - June 23 - 27, 2005. This is limited to 18 people. A deposit of $150 is due to sign up for the trip. Last year, the cost of diving was $255. We will confirm that price by the January meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
Members are reminded to bring any new or interesting “Gizmos or Gadgets” to our monthly meeting to show to their fellow club members.
Anyone with any ideas or planning for next year’s trips, please contact
one of the officers.
We will be working on the calendar in January.

Clyde Mighells for providing our Christmas Party entertainment. Clyde first impressed the crowd with his disappearing banana trick. Next, Clyde performed his Mailbag Escape. First, he was locked into handcuffs, thumb cuffs, and leg irons; then he was locked into a canvas mailbag. In no time at all, Clyde managed to escape.
